2. Our Qualifications

• We are qualified under the provisions of sections 155 – 156 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) and Rule 65 of the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015.
• We have completed the Legal Services Council-approved External Examiners Trust Course conducted by the Law Institute of Victoria or NSW Law Society, as part of our qualification requirements.
• We are also members of an approved accounting body and are approved external examiners by the Victoria Legal Services Board and Commissioner.

We provide independent and thorough examinations of:

• Trust Money Transactions – Ensuring all trust account procedures comply with legal requirements.
• Trust Records & Compliance – Reviewing records to confirm they meet the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) and Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015.
• Risk Management – Identifying potential risks and ensuring best practices in trust money handling.

4. Key Compliance Deadlines

• Annual External Examination Reports – Due by 31 May each year for the examination period of 1 April – 31 March.
