• All workstation is protected with password.
• All users account of industry leading enterprise standard software and services has 2FA security enabled.
• We ensure that our interactions with the software remain secure, connections use the TLS protocol to create an HTTPS session.
• For other network control, we uses VPN in public places when accessing the software.
• We only use software service providers that is ISO 27001:2013 compliant.
• We have global standard for information security management systems and we are in the midst of pursuing ISO 27001:2013 certification.
• The principle of “least privilege” is enforced for all system access.
• We provide cyber security awareness and training to all our staff.
